Where have I BEEN?! It’s a long story. Here’s the short version: my laptop broke. Then my mom came to visit. Then I got one and a half more jobs. Then my friend had a baby. And in the midst of all that insanity, the blogging fell to the wayside.

Yup. Nutter Butter ice cream. Ever since we tried this incredible stuff during our sailing trip at the Scottish Highland Creamery in Oxford, we’ve been itching to recreate it. And you better believe the homemade version turned out pretty darn amazing. We even recorded a song of us counting repeatedly to 29 before stirring.
On an unrelated note, despite the fact that my laptop is back with a brand new motherboard (for some reason I always say that in the Terminator voice), I am blogging from my sweet as new phone. It’s awesome. I’m actually in bed already. I’m not even sitting up. And the only slight hiccup I’ve hit so far is that it wanted to autocorrect the title of this post to “mutter butt tag.” I only considered it for a minute.
